Most bathymetry data is the product of scientific work and is unfortunately not available under free licenses in the sense of the Open Knowlege Network. But all data presented here is at least usable without permission for scientific research, environmental conservation, education or other non-commercial purposes.
Please read the terms of use carefully and properly credit the source!
Only larger marine regions are taken into account.

Real open datasets are marked in green, whereas datasets with limitations of use are marked in orange. The regions could overlay, but you could get all the information about the datasets on mouse click.

Region:	Marine region.
Distributor:	Distributor of the data with a link.
License:	License of the data with a link to the license or terms of use.
Method:	Link to the description of the workflow for the dataset creation.
Resolution:	Resolution of the dataset, if not stated in meters.
Data link:	Link to the dataset.
Comment:	Comment
